What CompliMaint is
CompliMaint tells you what needs to happen, gives you the tool to document it, and helps you get the work done when you need support.
That is two halves of one job. The free side is thirty-three tools and a facility record that knows your state, your licence class and what each of them requires — drills, filings, postings, inspections and the records you have to keep — with the document produced at the end of each one. The paid side is people: when the work itself needs doing and you are short-handed, we send a professional who documents the visit the same way.
Why we exist
When a maintenance technician resigns, a director takes PTO, or work orders pile up, residents feel it first and operators carry the stress. Traditional hiring is too slow and one-off contractors disappear when the job's done. Facilities needed something in between — dependable maintenance capacity, ready when they need it. That's what we built.
