Yes — add as many lines as you need, tag each as Labor, Materials, or Other, and add a tax rate. It totals automatically.

Can I make PDF invoices with invoice numbers?

Yes — pick Invoice as the type (or convert an approved estimate). Every invoice gets a unique, automatic invoice number, and you can email the PDF straight to your customer. Bill someone monthly? Tap “Bill this monthly” once and next month's invoice is one tap with a fresh number.
